Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F9 is a Green Colored Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright – Green under UV Light. ZChek F9 consists of high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine, medium, and shallow discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek F9 is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process.
D-Series
Magnetic particle Equipment with 3-Phase FWDC Capability
ZChem manufactures most powerful wet magnetic bench units for maximum magnetization with 3-phase FWDC capability and Pole reversing DC demagnetization. The D-Series is one of our most powerful wet magnetic benches. Providing 3-phase Full Wave Direct Current, this MPI equipment offers maximum magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects with clearer indications while using minimal power. The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal. D-Series magnetic benches are available in two models: ZC-600D and ZC-100D

Wet Method Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F18 is a Dark Brown Colored Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright Yellow- Green under UV Light. ZChek-F18 consists of ultra-high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek-F18 is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process.

ZChek-WA 9
Water Conditioner
ZChek-WA 9 is a water conditioner used as wetting agent in magnetic particle inspection when water is used as a carrier. WA9 can be used with either ZChek-F9 or ZChek-F18 at recommended concentration to get desired results while using water as a carrier medium. WA9 has wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors and antifoaming agents which enhances in wet method magnetic particle testing.
