ZChems has the capability to manufacture MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) Bench Equipment tailored to specific customer requirements. MPI Bench Equipment is used for non-destructive testing (NDT) processes to detect surface and subsurface flaws in ferromagnetic materials. These flaws could include cracks, inclusions, or other defects that could compromise the integrity of the material.
ZChek-9D Red
Colored Non-fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-9D Red is a Brilliant Red coloured free flowing magnetic particle powder used in Dry Method Magnetic Particle Inspection. The Brilliancy of the colour will provide perfect contrast on most of the ferromagnetic materials and its alloys. This dry method Magnetic Particle inspection is performed under normal visible light which makes the colour of the powder very clear. 9D Red is formulated with selected particle size and shape, to locate surface and near surface discontinuities in ferrous materials.
ZChek-801
Carrier oil/ Cart oil
ZChek-801 is a specially formulated for carrying Magnetic particles in wet method. It is blended with highly refined additives which ensure good suspension of Magnetic particles in the vehicle and eliminate the natural fluorescence of the oil. It has a flash point of over 93 degree C- which makes it safe to use.
ZC-230 Series
Standard MPI Bench Equipment
The Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment ZC 230 is designed and manufactured to deliver 2500 Amps AC / 3000 Amps FWDC. The 1phase FWDC is extremely useful to detect Near surface discontinuities whereas the AC is used to detect Surface discontinuities. Independently controlled contact and coil circuits determines superior indication visibility.
