ZChek-WA 9 is a water conditioner used as wetting agent in magnetic particle inspection when water is used as a carrier. WA9 can be used with either ZChek-F9 or ZChek-F18 at recommended concentration to get desired results while using water as a carrier medium. Magnetic particle Equipment with 3-Phase FWDC Capability
ZChem manufactures most powerful wet magnetic bench units for maximum magnetization with 3-phase FWDC capability and Pole reversing DC demagnetization. The D-Series is one of our most powerful wet magnetic benches. Providing 3-phase Full Wave Direct Current, this MPI equipment offers maximum magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects with clearer indications while using minimal power. MD-Series
Multidirectional Benche Equipment
Most versatile wet magnetic benches with multi-directional capabilities with each output offering AC, HWDC or 1-phase FWDC output. The MD-Series multi-directional magnetic bench offers Alternating Current, Half Wave Direct Current and 1-phase Full Wave Direct Current for time-saving multidirectional magnetization which can find defects in all orientations with one mag-cycle. The two outputs (contact and Flux Flow coil) each offer AC, HWDC or 1-Phase FWDC, and are independently adjustable to balance the magnet field intensity. ZChek-801
Carrier oil/ Cart oil
ZChek-801 is a specially formulated for carrying Magnetic particles in wet method. It is blended with highly refined additives which ensure good suspension of Magnetic particles in the vehicle and eliminate the natural fluorescence of the oil. It has a flash point of over 93 degree C- which makes it safe to use.

Oil-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Suspension
ZChek FB is a fluorescent fluid packaged in the aerosol can. The product is designed to be ultra-highly sensitive particle which is used to detect very fine discontinuities in any ferromagnetic materials generally used in aerospace/aviation, forgings, steel bars, billets, automobile components, machined and heat-treated components or other engineering applications using wet method fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.

AC Electromagnetic Yoke
AC electromagnetic yoke, ergonomically designed to improve productivity and reduce operator arm and wrist fatigue. The yoke generates a strong AC magnetic field for the detection of surface indications during magnetic particle testing. Lightweight with an ergonomic grip and trigger, the ZC-9 is designed for the rugged demands of field inspection.
