Magnetic Bench Enclosure Hoods
Our durable equipment hood or curtains are used to darken the inspection area to levels well below the common standards and create a very functional inspection environment while keeping operator comfort and convenience in mind. The easy access to the unit is improved by the front “theater style” curtain mechanism which can be folded in half and hung to allow better ventilation in warmer environments.
ZChek-WA 9
Water Conditioner
ZChek-WA 9 is a water conditioner used as wetting agent in magnetic particle inspection when water is used as a carrier. WA9 can be used with either ZChek-F9 or ZChek-F18 at recommended concentration to get desired results while using water as a carrier medium. WA9 has wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors and antifoaming agents which enhances in wet method magnetic particle testing.
ZChek-9D Red
Colored Non-fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-9D Red is a Brilliant Red coloured free flowing magnetic particle powder used in Dry Method Magnetic Particle Inspection. The Brilliancy of the colour will provide perfect contrast on most of the ferromagnetic materials and its alloys. This dry method Magnetic Particle inspection is performed under normal visible light which makes the colour of the powder very clear. 9D Red is formulated with selected particle size and shape, to locate surface and near surface discontinuities in ferrous materials.

Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F9 is a Green Colored Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright – Green under UV Light. ZChek F9 consists of high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine, medium, and shallow discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek F9 is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process.
D-Series

The D-Series is one of our most powerful wet magnetic benches. Providing 3-phase Full Wave Direct Current, this MPI equipment offers maximum magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects with clearer indications while using minimal power. The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal. D-Series magnetic benches are available in two models: ZC-600D and ZC-100D
