The product is designed to be ultra-highly sensitive particle which is used to detect very fine discontinuities in any ferromagnetic materials generally used in aerospace/aviation, forgings, steel bars, billets, automobile components, machined and heat-treated components or other engineering applications using wet method fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.

ZChek-9D Red is a Brilliant Red coloured free flowing magnetic particle powder used in Dry Method Magnetic Particle Inspection. ZChek-F18W consists of ultra-high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek-F18W is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process.
