Magnetic Particle Wet Benches with AC and DC Magnetization
MPI Machines equipped with AC/DC magnetization offering both circular and longitudinal magnetic field outputs. The Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment ZC 230 is designed and manufactured to deliver 2500 Amps AC / 3000 Amps FWDC/HWDC. The 1phase FWDC is extremely useful to detect Near surface discontinuities whereas the AC is used to detect Surface discontinuities. Independently controlled contact and coil circuits determines superior indication visibility.

Wet Method Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F18 is a Dark Brown Colored Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright Yellow- Green under UV Light. ZChek-F18 consists of ultra-high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek-F18 is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process.

Wet Method Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F9W is a Green Colored water based Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright Green under UV Light. ZChek-F9W consists of high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek-F9W is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process. Special additives in F9W provide excellent particle mobility in water medium and avoid flash rusting of parts.
