Carrier oil/ Cart oil
ZChek-801 is a specially formulated for carrying Magnetic particles in wet method. It is blended with highly refined additives which ensure good suspension of Magnetic particles in the vehicle and eliminate the natural fluorescence of the oil. ZChek-F9W
Wet Method Fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek-F9W is a Green Colored water based Magnetic Particle Powder designed to be fluorescing Bright Green under UV Light. ZChek-F9W consists of high sensitivity particles for detection of very fine discontinuities in Ferromagnetic materials. Using the state-of-the-art encapsulation technology, ZChek-F9W is manufactured to exhibit excellent properties (High permeability, low retentivity, high mobility and optimum particle distribution) required for high sensitive fluorescent MPI process. Special additives in F9W provide excellent particle mobility in water medium and avoid flash rusting of parts.
Demagnetiser
Demagnetiser unit removes residual magnetism after magnetic particle inspection in non-destructive testing, Demagnetization of ferromagnetic parts, Industrial Demagnetizing is not an easy task, unless an effective demagnetizing system is used. It is especially difficult when the magnetic field must be reduced to a very low level.

The light weight electromagnetic yoke is the ideal tool for detection of surface or sub-surface cracks and flaws in any ferromagnetic material. No other low cost, portable equipment offers such versatility in Magnetic Particle Inspection. Our durable equipment hood or curtains are used to darken the inspection area to levels well below the common standards and create a very functional inspection environment while keeping operator comfort and convenience in mind. The easy access to the unit is improved by the front “theater style” curtain mechanism which can be folded in half and hung to allow better ventilation in warmer environments.
