MPI Machines equipped with AC/DC magnetization offering both circular and longitudinal magnetic field outputs.
The Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment ZC 230 is designed and manufactured to deliver 2500 Amps AC / 3000 Amps FWDC/HWDC. The 1phase FWDC is extremely useful to detect Near surface discontinuities whereas the AC is used to detect Surface discontinuities. Independently controlled contact and coil circuits determines superior indication visibility.

This dry method Magnetic Particle inspection is performed under normal visible light which makes the colour of the powder very clear. 9D Red is formulated with selected particle size and shape, to locate surface and near surface discontinuities in ferrous materials.

Most versatile wet magnetic benches with multi-directional capabilities with each output offering AC, HWDC or 1-phase FWDC output. The MD-Series multi-directional magnetic bench offers Alternating Current, Half Wave Direct Current and 1-phase Full Wave Direct Current for time-saving multidirectional magnetization which can find defects in all orientations with one mag-cycle.
