All operations on HMI and no manual switches.
Easy setting of Parameters in the MPI Machine
Two separate power transformers one each for central conductor and coil current. This produces the most balanced magnetic field which enhances the crack detection.
Mild steel structure and rigid Head & Tail stocks – Vertical Clamping
Motorized operation for HEAD STOCK, TAIL STOCK & COIL
Servo Motor or Pneumatic Operation for Split heads magnetization.
