• Automatic CONTACTLESS Magnetization (both circular & longitudinal /Toroidal)
• Multidirectional Magnetization
• Split Conductor Magnetization on the ID of the Pipe and the current is flown though the ID which will induce the circular magnetization to detect the longitudinal & angular discontinuities with the ID of the Pipe for the Present length of the Pipe
• ID and OD of the Pipe End can be inspected
• High Operator level safety

• Dark Adaption timer adopted to meet the ASTM requirements.
• All operations on HMI and no manual switches.
• Easy setting of Parameters in the MPI Machine
• Two separate power transformers one each for central conductor and coil current. This produces the most balanced magnetic field which enhances the crack detection.
• Mild steel structure and rigid Head & Tail stocks – Vertical Clamping
• Motorized operation for HEAD STOCK, TAIL STOCK & COIL
• Servo Motor or Pneumatic Operation for Split heads magnetization.
• ZChem can also manufacture Pipe Handling System to integrate with MPI Bench Equipment.
